I, the Customer, hereby acknowledge that I give Empower with Elise x Yoga & Friends, The Companies permission for myself to be filmed in professional content for the companies.
The customer recognises that as result of this agreement, he/she/they will create work products including videos, images, stories, broadcasts, presentations, and other audio-visual material which is considered work for hire, and the Customer does not retain any rights to this work product which belongs to the Companies who can, at its sole discretion reproduce, through any and all means necessary, amend, modify, translate, convert and take any and all actions it may require for the production and use of such work products with an indefinite term.
The Customer recognises that he/she/they has the authorisation and/or consent of any sponsors or brands which he/she/they is promoting, and will keep the Companies safe and harmless from any liability which may arise from the reproduction of the work products in case any third party were to bring or assert in any manner, an infringement or any other claim related to the work product created by the Customer and/or any audio, image, brand or other elements which may be included in the work products.
